My name is Rebeca Landaeta, and I am the founder and owner of RiverPro Services. I am originally from Venezuela, bilingual in English and Spanish, and I have spent my career building expertise in one of the most demanding industries in the world: luxury hospitality.

For years I worked with HotelPro, a premier hospitality operations company, where I was deployed to some of the most prestigious properties in Northeast Florida and beyond. I managed back-of-house operations, housekeeping standards, and staffing at landmark properties including The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, Marriott Sawgrass, Dune House Hotel & Spa, and Ponte Vedra Inn & Club — all recognized at the 5-Star and 4-Diamond level.

I was also part of task force teams sent across the country — including Washington D.C. and Ohio — to help underperforming properties raise their standards to the level guests expect from world-class brands. That work taught me one thing above everything else: excellence is not an accident — it is a system.
